Subject Mater Expert, Martech
Years of experience : 3 to 5 years
Location: Montreal (office attendance from Day 1- 3 x per week)The candidate will contribute in defining the martech roadmap, activating the digital solutions and laying the building blocks to ensure internal stakeholders deliver engaging customer online experiences. In addition, they will engage with solution vendors in order to strengthen the partnership and ensure ongoing support.The tools span:The subject matter expert will represent the ETS team as a technology expert in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager and participate as a thought leader in helping adopt and standardize digital marketing best practices as well as shared services and reference implementations around them in Brokerage.
In addition, the candidate will be involved in the complete lifecycle of the projects and will therefore be involved in the engineering, installation, integration, administration and support of the product and infrastructure required for the underlying projects.Skills Required:- Working experience with Adobe Experience Cloud Data and Insights products specifically Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Audience Manager
- Good knowledge of web technologies to implement solutions around Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g. Javascript, Java)
- Aptitude for problem solving
- Team player with strong communication skills, strong sense of commitment, troubleshooting skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced global environment.
- Worked in agile methodology
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketingNice to have:- Working experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Good knowledge of full stack web , HTML, Javascript, Java,)
- Experience with enterprise web application infrastructure spanning global regions
