About the Role:

Roof Doctor is seeking experienced and dependable

Subcontractor Roofing Crews

for ongoing residential and commercial projects across Kelowna and the surrounding area. We're looking for skilled professionals who value high-quality work, are committed to safety, and can deliver results on time.

Responsibilities:

Complete roofing installations including asphalt shingles, torch-on, metal, or flat roofing systems Follow project specs, safety guidelines, and company standards Coordinate with on-site project managers for scheduling and site requirements Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of roofing experience (crew must be fully qualified) Must have own crew, tools, and transportation Valid WCB coverage and Liability Insurance (proof required) Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to manage time and work independently
