Role Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented subcontractor cleaners to provide residential and commercial cleaning services. As a subcontractor, you'll manage your cleaning assignments while delivering high-quality service and maintaining professionalism with our clients.

Responsibilities

Clean commercial and residential spaces: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces. Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences. Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to feedback. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Qualifications & Skills

Be legally allowed to work in Canada

- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work permit.

Have a valid MB Class 5 driver's license

and a reliable vehicle to travel between job sites.

Carry your own liability insurance

- As a subcontractor, you are responsible for insurance coverage for yourself and any damages that may occur during cleaning.

Provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies

- You should have basic cleaning tools (vacuum, mop, bucket, cloths, etc.) unless otherwise arranged.

Be organized and self-motivated

- Able to manage your schedule, complete tasks efficiently, and work independently.

Maintain a professional appearance and conduct

- Interacting with clients in a polite, respectful, and professional manner.

Have proficiency in English

- Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Demonstrate reliability and punctuality

- Commitment to completing assigned shifts or projects on time.

Be detail-oriented and quality-driven

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and client satisfaction.

Understand subcontractor obligations

- Responsible for reporting income for taxes, following provincial labor regulations, and maintaining safety while on the job.

Additional Requirements:

Valid MB Class 5 license and reliable vehicle.

Work Schedule

Flexibility is key as we grow. Mostly evenings/weekends for commercial clients. 1 residential only position available Monday-Friday

Pay: $24.00-$32.80 per hour
