A DAY IN THE LIFE :

Under the supervision of the Manager of Subcontracting, you will be the main reference for planning and monitoring subcontracting operations in order to ensure the provision of products, aiming for the best customer service, at optimal cost and all the while improving stock quality.

You will be responsible for managing subcontracting parameters in line with service rate, cost and stock targets, and ensuring that they are kept up to date; managing monthly/weekly subcontracting operations; and planning production schedules and component deliveries to subcontractors.

In addition, you will be responsible for communicating the production plan to subcontractors and supervising its execution, steering deliveries between subcontractors and the distribution center/customers, controlling stock levels at the subcontractor, assessing subcontractor performance (production, quality, stock levels) and ensuring that they comply with Group requirements, particularly in terms of quality and traceability.

WHO YOU ARE :

  • 2 years professional experience in logistics, subcontracting or a related field;
  • University degree in Business Administration (Operations and Logistics Management), Industrial Engineering, or related field;
  • A personality that makes a difference: you see challenges as opportunities for growth, and are able to rise above complexity to set priorities;
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit: you are proactive, self-reliant and resourceful, even in the face of ambiguity;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • You are empathetic: able to anticipate and identify customer needs;
  • Excellent Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of SAP software is an asset;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
