Sub-Contract Cleaner
Presently, we are seeking sub-contract cleaners with commercial cleaning experience for various locations in
Okotoks, Alberta.
This is a sub-contract position where you have your own company, equipment and labour and we contract work to you. Work is performed outside business hours.
Strong requirement would be for subcontractor to
have auto scrubber
(walk behind scrubber is fine).Responsibilities
General cleaning, including, but not limited to: Trash removal and dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms Completing work to the standard Provide excellent customer service to our clients Other duties as assigned Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client on location
Qualifications
Must have Commercial General Liability Insurance Must have WCB 2 years experience with commercial cleaning Able to work with minimum supervision Punctual, reliable and excellent communication skills Must be able to provide your own cleaning supplies, such as auto scrubber and a buffer Must have or be able to apply for a business liability insurance Valid WHMIS Certificate All cleaners are subject to a criminal record check.
