Overview

The Prana Lounge is seeking a warm, reliable, and community-oriented

Studio Support & Customer Experience Associate

to help us create an exceptional experience for every student who walks through our doors.

You'll be present throughout the studio, supporting instructors, assisting students, and ensuring the space feels welcoming, organized, and ready for each class.

What You'll Do

Studio Experience & Student Support

Greet students with warmth and professionalism as they arrive. Help new students feel comfortable--answer questions, explain studio etiquette, and guide them through the space. Interact with students before and after class to ensure they feel supported and cared for.

Instructor Support & Space Preparation

Assist instructors in setting up the room: props, lighting, music, microphones, cleanliness, etc. Reset and tidy the studio between classes to maintain a clean, calm environment. Support instructors with basic tech or equipment setup as needed.

Customer Service & Operations

Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries with clear, friendly communication. Support students with bookings, memberships, and basic account questions. Keep an eye on studio supplies and props and notify management when replenishment is needed. Serve as an on-site point of contact for daily operational needs.

Preferred Experience

Customer service or hospitality experience.

Experience in the wellness, yoga, or fitness industry is a strong asset.

Familiarity with booking platforms (Mindbody experience is a plus, but training provided).

Requirements

Availability for 10-15 hours per week (evenings or weekends preferred). Strong communication and people skills. Ability to multitask and move comfortably throughout the studio/gym.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.94-$25.00 per hour
