EDGEMONT ATHLETIC is looking to grow our team. As Studio Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting & providing leadership and direction to the team at our boutique studios. As the lead of a boutique studios the Studio supervisor must assist in increasing Studio participation, extra registered program revenue, attract and promote services to increase class participation assist with increasing membership sales, as well as promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle. The Studio supervisor is not only a mentor, but an ambassador of our brand, and a proven leader. Key Responsibilities:
instruct a variety of boutique fitness styles
coach mentor and hold the team to the highest of standards to create service excellence
Create & properly manage the class schedules and participation.
Member integration of members to utilize our classes
Ensure all Front Desk systems and studio practices/processes are adhered to
assist with creating registered programs, educational classes, and ways to increase revenue for the studios, collaborating with other studio supervisors, staff and management.
Recruit, hire, train and deliver the onboarding program for all staff.
Provide regular coaching, staff reviews to ensure staff growth along with top services are provided to our clients.
Maintain and grow the total participation of classes and oversee all aspects of the boutique services.
Increase studio conversion rate and achieve client retention goals.
Drive client referral program
Maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the studio and inventory.
Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to both clients and internal staff.
enhancing the programing with adding continuing education for all instructors
Ensure studio branding by adhering to company guidelines and values.
Teaching and assist finding appropriate subs when needed
Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations and overall studio performance.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
equivalent work experiences an asset.
2+ years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry
Must have group fitness and or Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization.
Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
3+ years of management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and terminating.
Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills.
Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with Management, all staff and client.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Computer proficiency with MS Office programs as well as various media platforms
