Job Description
The Department of Music is seeking a Student Wind Symphony Crew to assist with rehearsals and performances given in the Dr. Steel Recital Hall and Performing Arts Centre.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set-up and tear-down of the Wind Symphony equipment for rehearsals and concerts This student will consult with the Wind Symphony director for instruction on the arrangement of the ensemble, and with the percussionists for instruction/assistance in setting up the percussion equipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
Student must be a member of the Wind Symphony Preference will be given to senior students Must be able to move music equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with band set-up would be an assetPriority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
