The successful candidate will learn a new travel/aviation booking system(s), work in a customer service focused team, provide an understanding of charter and owned aircraft, helicopters and commercial travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all aspects of travel to field locations
• Manage schedule and ad-hoc corporate aircraft and helicopters
• Assist with commercial travel inquiries and online booking tool support

Qualifications

• Legally entitled to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
• Available to begin work in May
• Experience with PowerBI, INNfinity or Concur Travel is considered an asset

Education

• Must be enrolled in a Travel & Tourism Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
• Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered
• New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
