Responsibilities

• System administration and maintenance
• Drafting legal agreements and amendments
• Data analysis and visualization
• Post-contract management support
• Supplier onboarding
• Supplier negotiation support
• Commercial assurance and risk mitigation analysis
• Facilitation of business engagement with subject matter expert and liaising with internal functions

Skills

• Exposure to ERP systems would be an asset, preferably SAP
• Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable in MS Excel, and have a strong interest in analytics and data visualization such as PowerBI
• Ability to connect with all levels of the company and external contacts
• Strong problem solving and social skills with timely and thoughtful responses to problems and inquiries
• A high degree of initiative and self-motivation
• A proven team player
• Knowledge & experience gained by working within the Oil industry is an asset

Education

• Currently enrolled in a post- secondary pursuing a master's or bachelors degree in Commerce or Business Administration, Law and Society, Economics or Science
• Preference will be given to students in 3rd or 4th year
