Responsibilities

System administration and maintenance

Drafting legal agreements and amendments

Data analysis and visualization

Post-contract management support

Supplier onboarding

Supplier negotiation support

Commercial assurance and risk mitigation analysis

Facilitation of business engagement with subject matter expert and liaising with internal functions

Skills

Exposure to ERP systems would be an asset, preferably SAP

Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

Comfortable in MS Excel, and have a strong curiosity about analytics and data visualization such as PowerBI

Ability to communicate with all levels of the company and external contacts

Strong problem solving and social skills with timely and thoughtful responses to problems and inquiries

A high degree of initiative and self-motivation

A proven team player

Knowledge & experience gained by working within the Oil industry is an asset

Education

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary pursuing a master\'s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Commerce or Business Administration, Law and Society, Economics or Science

Preference will be given to students in 3rd or 4th year
