SCOPE: Under general supervision, lead and participate in the work of planning and implementing services in a specialized area of Student Services; act as a liaison between the program and other departments. Coordinate student resources and services across multiple service areas for an individual student or a targeted student population; coordinate and participate in events; perform advanced administrative support and perform related duties as assigned. The Student Services Coordinator is also responsible for any ongoing support for instructors and overseeing all students' academic progress.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to all functions of a full time Student Services Coordinator, such as:
Understand program structure and scheduling
Understand program resource requirements, such as textbooks, uniform, kits, 3rd party registrations, etc.
Understand program policies
In collaboration with the Campus Manager, assist and participate in the orientation for new students
Update students' profile information as required
Coordinate CPR training for all students as required
Issue textbook codes to students for all mandatory books and assist them to register and setup as needed
Assist students for textbook orders as needed
Assist students for uniform orders as needed
Issue student ID cards
Issue all student kits for all programs as required
Monitor student attendance and academic progress
Collaboratively work with the instructors to create any academic action plans for students, as required
Address student service related complaints
Update Campus Manager regularly for any student service related concerns
Develop and implement programs and services that promote student success
Assist in graduation planning and execution
Assist in campus events as needed
Assist at the front desk reception as and when required
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
