We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented

Student Services & Administration Coordinator

to join us. In this key role, you will support students, faculty, and educational operations, while also working closely with our external educational partners to help ensure smooth delivery of educational programs and services. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to student success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:





Provide comprehensive administrative support across student services and academic functions. Respond to student enquiries and issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person. Assist with course administration including registration, scheduling, attendance, and record-keeping. Support exam coordination, including preparation of materials and scheduling. Maintain accurate student data in institutional systems and ensure proper documentation. Liaise with faculty, academic departments, and student support teams to facilitate smooth operations. Contribute to a positive, student-centered campus experience. Perform other relevant duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:



Post-secondary education. A diploma or degree in Office Administration, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a post-secondary or education-related setting. Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment is an asset. Familiarity with course and exam processes is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and empathy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems (e.g., SIS, CRM, Salesforce). Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
