What\xe2\x80\x99s the ask?

Provide support to Director, Wealth Management on multiple wealth projects. Involves following detailed timelines for multiple tasks described below to ensure projects move forward at desired pace and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ongoing team-based wealth priorities and initiatives
  • Shadowing team and assisting with client service requests and special projects
  • In collaboration with advisors and sales support team, support Practice Management initiatives such as Book of Business analysis, marketing initiatives and opportunity spotting.
  • Leveraging Advanced Excel-based tools (pivot tables, macros) to gather multiple data sets and create user friendly reporting
  • Support administrative tasks, as needed
  • Coordinate several streams of customer communication, both digital and paper-based, to support Client Engagement initiatives.
  • Comfortable in following up with advisors, coordinators and customers for missing signatures and documentation
  • General understanding of wealth products (investments, insurance)
  • Ability to multitask, manage different initiatives, meet concurrent deadlines, update key stakeholders
  • Comfortable liaising with different levels of the organization and partners
  • Document all call information to ensure accuracy and ability to follow-up
  • Other duties as required.

  • Proficient in MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proven data entry and typing skills with high degree of speed and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English both written and verbal
  • Able to always deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
  • While not mandatory, experience in a sales and/or service environment would be highly desirable. Familiarity with insurance and investment industry, products, financial planning. Call centre experience.
  • This position is subject to appropriate background checks that may include credential, employment, credit, criminal and reference checks.
