A research assistant is required to support the preparation of grants and project start-up activities in the Behavioural Medicine Lab, supervised by Dr. Tamara Williamson
Projects will include preparing a CIHR grant regarding a behavioural intervention adjunct to GLP-1 RA treatment for weight loss in a clinical population with a chronic illness and preparatory activities for a qualitative study of cardiac rehabilitation providers.
Position Requirements
Masters or Doctoral student in Clinical Psychology or EAP program
Strong literature review and academic writing skills (grant writing experience preferred)
Strong organizational, time management, and administration skills
Good statistical knowledge including experience using multilevel modelling
Qualitative research experience an asset

Pay Grade As Per CUPE 2419 Salary Range Per CUPE 2419 Agreement Status Term Work Hours
Time card. Hours will range from 4-10 per week depending on needs of the project. The work schedule for this position is flexible.
