Position Summary:
Based in Montreal, the research assistant will provide support to the NPI and research team in Botswana and coordinate between this team and researchers at Participatory Research at McGill. The research assistant will work primarily in person at the Department of Family Medicine in Montreal.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:Support data analysis: survey data, fuzzy cognitive mapping, focus groups, interviews.
Search and summarize literature on the research topic.
Coordinate activities, including coordination between Montreal and Botswana.
Support preparation of manuscripts, posters and presentations.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in social or health sciences
Experience supporting similar projects in Botswana
Experience using CIETmap software.
Experience with fuzzy cognitive mapping.
Good writing skills.
Fluent in French.
