Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets;
Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including inquiry handling, student interviews, documentation, and follow-ups;
Build and maintain strong relationships with education consultants, international agents, feeder schools, and other recruitment channels;
Represent the school at recruitment fairs, open houses, webinars, and other promotional events;
Organize campus tours and presentations for prospective students and parents;
Maintain accurate admissions records and regularly report on recruitment performance and market trends;
Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for incoming students;
Monitor student satisfaction post-enrollment and provide feedback for continuous improvement;
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regional education policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Education, Business, Public Relations, or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years' experience in student recruitment, admissions, marketing, or related roles (experience in private schools or education consultancy preferred);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin or another second language is a strong asset);
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations;
Proven ability to meet targets and work independently under pressure;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
