Position: Student Recruitment Associate
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $58K (depending on experience and education)

They would love to meet:- Bilingualism to communicate with international students
- At least a DEC in marketing and or administration
- 2 to 3 years of administrative experience, within education, or marketing environment
- Proficient in various Social Media platforms and online tools
- Driver\'s licence
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the Quebec secondary and post-secondary education sector (asset)

Your role:

- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of student-recruitment processes
- Assist in preparing promotional and informational material for prospective students and high school guidance counselors
- Assist in the coordination of student-recruitment events, which includes visiting high schools, online events, and carrying out campus tours
- Liaise with student ambassadors, faculty and staff for all activities related to student recruitment
- Maintain accurate contact lists of prospective students
- Interact with prospective students and their parents via various tools including social media platforms
