Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.This is an internship starting in December 2024 which will last up to 6 weeks - upon completion of the work term, students must be returning to school.This position reports to the Operations Supervisors, this position is located in Redwater, Alberta, Canada, and is not available for remote work.What you will do:

• Monitor and operate equipment and associated systems within standard operating conditions and limits
• Obtain Steam time working with the Shift Engineer
• Safely perform duties with a consistent awareness for the well-being of all employees

What you will bring:

• Attendance in a 1st year of a Power Engineering Technology Diploma Program
• Working towards ABSA fourth class steam ticket
• Previous related work experience in an industrial/mechanical setting is preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Exhibit exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule (days and nights) of 12 hours per shift
