We are looking for a student to support our Marketing Team as a
Marketing Coordinator
. This position has the following key responsibilities:
1.
On-Site Content and Event Suppor
t:
Visit Osgoode Properties' buildings to collect project and marketing content.
Assist in the planning and execution of resident events, including logistics, vendor coordination, on-site support, and post-event follow-ups.
Attend all retail Sales/Marketing meetings and other events as required.
2.
Social Media and Reputation Management:
Schedule and post engaging content across all social media platforms.
Monitor trends and actively engage with followers to build community relations.
Develop video and social media content for Instagram and TikTok.
Assist with online reputation management by:
o Monitoring and responding to Google reviews with curated responses.
o Collaborating with site staff on resolutions and following up as needed.
3.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, maintaining records, and organizing image storage.
Monitor the calendar of events and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
4.
Marketing Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze marketing metrics using Google Analytics (e.g., website traffic, contacts, and rental leads).
Create and maintain monthly status reports using Excel.
5. Content Creation and Brand Alignment:
Curate and develop compelling content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the corporate website.
Ensure all content aligns with Osgoode Properties' brand guidelines.
Education:
College or university student enrolled in a Communications, Marketing, Social Media, or related program and returning for the Fall 2026 term.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and social media platforms.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Photo and video editing skills are a nice-to-have.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing.
Familiarity with event planning and administrative tasks.
Attributes:
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proactive and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the team and company goals.
Additional Requirements:
Access to a personal vehicle may be required for site visits.
Availability to work occasional evenings during special events.
Use of a personal cell phone is required; an additional $20 per pay period (bi-weekly) will be provided.

On-site position: Riverton Park Apartments at 89 Forward Avenue, Ottawa ON K1Y 4M2
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Rate of pay: $20.00 per hour (37.5 hours per week)
Employment period: May 4 - August 28, 2026
