Job Description
The Exam Monitors will be responsible for overseeing the in-person exams taking place in the Sports Center for the 2025 Fall Exam and 2026 Winter Exam Period.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring the exam space for exam integrity Monitoring the entrances and exits Monitoring the washrooms Implementing the exam seating chart in the exam room to ensure proper spacing for students writing the same exam Main point of contact for departments, instructors and students on exam related matters Responsible for communicating Exam Policy and Procedure to those writing and executing the exams in the Sports Center
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a current UPEI student with preference given to graduate students and undergraduate students in their 3rd or 4th year Ability to work in a team and independently Previous monitoring experience is an asset
Priority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
