Position Overview
The Student Enrolment & Business Development Officer will play a dual role in driving student enrolment for our healthcare programs while simultaneously building strong relationships with healthcare organizations for student placements and workforce supply. The ideal candidate is an energetic communicator with a passion for people, public speaking, and business growth.
Promote Trillium Vocational Institute programs through outreach, presentations, and community events.
Conduct student consultations, guide them through the enrolment process, and support their career journey.
Develop marketing and recruitment strategies to increase enrolment numbers.
Build relationships with community centers, employment agencies, and other recruitment channels.
Business Development & Client Relations
Cold call, network, and engage healthcare organizations to establish new partnerships.
Secure placement opportunities for PSW students and other healthcare learners.
Develop contracts and agreements to supply healthcare workers to facilities in need.
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify new markets, trends, and business opportunities in the healthcare and education sector.
Communication & Public Engagement
Deliver impactful presentations to students, clients, and partners.
Represent Trillium Med Village at events, seminars, and professional networking forums.
Build a positive brand image through confident and professional communication.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in
student recruitment, staffing agencies, or business development
(mandatory).
Strong
sales, marketing, and negotiation
skills.
Excellent
public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication
abilities.
Ability to
cold call
and confidently engage with new prospects.
Knowledge of the
healthcare industry, staffing operations, and educational institutions
.
Persuasive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
