Job Description

We are looking for a student to support our Call Center Team as a

Bilingual Customer Experience Associate. You will be called upon to:

Answer telephone calls from prospective tenants Respond to voice mail, e-mail and chat enquiries from prospective tenants Determine the needs of prospective tenants Schedule appointments for unit viewing Perform monthly market surveys Provide superior customer service

Requirements for success:

Currently enrolled in college or university program, and returning in 2026 fall term Excellent oral communication and written skills in English and French Understand and adhere to all criteria outlined in the Certified Rental Building program (CRB) and the Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program (CFMHP), where applicable Ability to put all prospective tenants at ease when answering their questions effectively and provides all required information Ability to overcome obstacles as presented by prospective tenants General knowledge of computer software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Yardi Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good conflict-resolution skills, ability to deal patiently, tactfully and effectively with emotionally charged situations and a client base with diverse cultural, educational and socio-economic backgrounds Displays a positive work attitude and is enthusiastic Good organizational skills


This position reports to our Customer Experience Manager.


On-site position: Riverton Park Apartments, Call Center, 89 Forward Avenue, Ottawa ON K1Y 4M2


Hours of work: 37.5hours workday, 5 days per week you will be required to work evenings and weekends as per a pre-determined schedule.

Our Call Centre hours are: 9 am to 7 pm from Monday - Friday, and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays
Rate of pay: $20.00 hour, 37.5 hours per week
