Job Summary:



The Student Affairs Coordinator serves as a front-line representative of the Canadian National Institute of Health, supporting the overall functioning of the college with a strong focus on enhancing student life. Reporting to the Director of Campus Operations, this position works closely with students, and staff to provide comprehensive support across academic, operational, and student service areas.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the initial point of contact for student inquiries and provide guidance throughout their academic journey. Support the admissions process by onboarding new students, proctoring entrance tests, assisting with housing inquiries, and placing scrub orders. Communicate with incoming students and coordinate the creation of student emails and ID photos. Maintain organized records, collect required student documents, and assist in preparation for graduation activities. Facilitate campus operations by creating and managing email accounts and distribution groups for both students and faculty. Coordinate student and staff access passes, oversee the external printing process, and manage shipping logistics. Plan and execute campus events such as student barbecues, appreciation weeks, and orientation sessions. Monitor and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), responding to online inquiries and supporting digital engagement. Provide support for marketing and communications efforts and assist with administrative overflow tasks as required. Collaborate with other staff and departments to ensure smooth day-to-day campus operations and promote a welcoming, student-centered environment.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of students and staff
Experience in an educational or administrative support role is an asset

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday
