Job Description

- Study Visa CounselorResponsibilities:

Advise prospective students on Canadian colleges/universities and available courses. Provide expert guidance on study visa requirements and application procedures. Work closely with the admissions and counseling teams to ensure up-to-date knowledge of visa rules and policies. Contact and follow up with new leads, gathering feedback and assisting with inquiries. Assist clients in preparing and managing visa applications. Take appropriate actions to maximize visa approvals and address application challenges. Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

At least

1 to 5 years of experience

as a

Study Visa Counselor

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and CRM software. Basic understanding of language proficiency exams like

IELTS, PTE, etc.

Experience in managing sub-agent networks is an asset.

Job Details:

Salary:

$17.90 - $23.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, weekends as needed

Experience:

Minimum

1 year in Canada Student Visa & Admissions Counseling (required).
