As Structural Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and human management of the structural drafting team. You will supervise a group of 12 technicians, ensure the quality of deliverables, and act as a key liaison between engineers, external professionals, and the internal team.


Your structural expertise and leadership will be essential to the success of our projects.

What you will accomplish with us



Lead, mentor, and motivate the technical team in the workshop Plan, assign, and monitor the production tasks for structural drawings Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to develop plans and specifications Ensure compliance of drawings and documentation with project standards and requirements Participate in project kickoff meetings with clients and stakeholders Support engineers in technical design and 3D modeling Estimate material quantities required for projects Provide technical site support when needed Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and quality standards


Qualifications



College diploma in architecture or civil engineering Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including team management or supervision of a technical drafting department Advanced skills in Revit and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Planner) Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong initiative, attention to detail, and organizational skills Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Ability to share knowledge and train team members High adaptability and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments Strong communication skills in both English and French, written and spoken.
