From designing the world's tallest buildings and most extended spans to engineering inventive "jewel-box" structures and designing major expansion projects, we continually seek the best balance among the demands of form, function, sustainability, constructability, schedule, and budget.

Your Role

Join our Structural Practice as a Project Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative structural solutions. If you're ready to make an impact and grow your career, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Lead structural analysis and design for construction engineering projects, including stability checks, temporary works, and erection planning. Ensure high-quality deliverables by organizing information clearly, reviewing junior staff's work, and tailoring outputs to project scope and contractor needs. Collaborate closely with contractors, fabricators, and design teams, taking ownership of day-to-day technical decisions. Mentor and support junior engineers through effective delegation and constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative team environment. Expand your leadership skills by assisting with project management, contributing to proposals, and engaging in client-facing activities.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master's degree preferred. Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or eligibility to obtain it. 4+ years of structural engineering experience with proficiency in tools such as SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, RISA-3D, PCA software, Revit, or AutoCAD.
