Jardeg is recruiting Journeyperson and Apprentice Structural Ironworker's to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team at the CNRL Albian site near Fort McMurray, Alberta for a short term project. Flights are provided from Edmonton and Calgary. Day and night shift positions are available.

Come be a part of an outstanding team working with industry leaders who have been executing work at the Albian site for over a decade. This is a temporary role starting as early as January 3rd, 2026 and running until February 8th, 2026.

Responsibilities:Erect and Install scaffolding, construction cranes, derricks and other hoisting equipment. Assemble rigging (cables, pulleys, hooks) to move heavy equipment and materials. Assemble and erect pre-fabricated metal structures Check the alignments and join steel parts by bolting or tack welding them with an electric arc process.


Position Qualifications:Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test CSTS 09 or CSO H2S Alive Confined Space Fall Protection Basic Rigging
