We are currently hiring experienced

Structural Fitters

to join our growing team in Calgary. Positions are available for both our

day shift

and

evening shift

. As a key member of our Fabrication Division, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality steel components that power some of Canada's biggest projects.

Available Shifts:

Day Shift:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Evening Shift:

Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM (includes evening shift premium)*

What You'll Do:

Interpret blueprints and welding specs accurately Fit and assemble structural steel using GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW processes Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently Inspect and maintain welds to meet high quality standards Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production goals Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplace

What You Bring:

Proficiency in blueprint reading and layout Hands-on experience with GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW welding methods Competency operating material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive team attitude and solid communication skills
