We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineers to join our new and growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of structural systems for a variety of building projects. The position requires strong technical expertise and proficiency with advanced engineering software. Responsibilities

Develop detailed structural designs and calculations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects using industry-standard tools. Prepare technical drawings utilizing Revit. Conduct structural analysis to ensure safety, durability, and code compliance. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to coordinate design efforts and resolve technical issues. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. Review construction documents and provide technical guidance during the construction phase to ensure design integrity. Utilize project management skills to oversee project timelines, deliverables, and communication among stakeholders. Incorporate innovative materials and construction techniques into design proposals when appropriate.

Skills

5-15 years of relevant structural engineering experience in the design of new building structures and/or the renovation of existing building structures. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario. Proficiency in structural design software including WoodWorks, ETABS, SAFE, SAP, and RAM Structural System. Strong understanding of construction processes. Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and applicable industry standards. Effective communication skills for presenting technical information clearly to clients and team members. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and continuously improve engineering practices. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
