The Toronto Office is looking for three full time Engineer In Training (EIT) to join their Structural team.

Duties:

• This is a mentored role with a firm target to develop the right candidate within an established group mentoring and collaborative environment.
• Draft structural plans, create and manage BIM models, and details for structural construction drawings.
• Measure, assess and sketch structural layout and details for new and existing buildings, bridges, tanks and tunnels.
• Prepare detailed design calculations and planning reports.
• Carry out Condition Assessments and structural visual surveys.
• Project coordination.
• Inspection and Contract Administration of heavy civils projects.
• Other tasks as assigned and appropriate for this position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Civil Engineering with up to 3 years of relevant experience. A focus or interest in the design of heavy civil structures is preferred.
• Registration as an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or eligibility for registration.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, REVIT, MicroStation, Robot, SAP2000, Phase 2, and other industry related software would be an asset.
• Excellent command of the English language and the ability to communicate proficiently, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong sense of initiative and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
