We are looking for a passionate and skilled Stretch Therapist to join our growing team!

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Fitness Professionals to provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology. You will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing personalized stretching programs, and providing hands-on assistance to help them achieve their flexibility, mobility, and recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients' flexibility, range of motion, posture, and movement patterns. Discuss client goals, health history, and any concerns to develop safe and effective stretching plans. Implement one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using various techniques (e.g., Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation - PNF, static, dynamic stretching). Educate clients on the benefits of stretching, proper breathing techniques, and body awareness. Maintain detailed and accurate client records, tracking progress and adjusting programs as needed. Ensure a clean, safe, and positive environment for all clients. Collaborate with other wellness professionals on our team (e.g., Massage Therapists, Acupuncture, Chiropractor) to provide integrated client care. Assist in retaining clients by rebooking sessions and promoting the benefits of continued therapy. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

Certification as a Stretch Therapist, OR a degree/diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, or a related field.

OR

certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Yoga Instructor (RYT), Pilates Instructor or Athletic Therapist with a strong focus on flexibility and mobility. Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Proven hands-on experience in a clinical, fitness, or wellness setting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients. A professional, empathetic, and encouraging demeanor. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred (not necessary):

Experience working with diverse populations, including athletes, seniors, and post-rehabilitation clients. Experience with client management and booking software.
