Perform static strength, fatigue using both classical methods and finite element models (DFEM/GFEM)
Worked from concept to certification phases, with contribution to PDR, CDR reviews
Develop and review structural substantiation reports in support of FAA/EASA certification (Part 25 compliance).
Should have worked on new aircraft (civilian/business jets) development program
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
10+ years of experience in structural stress analysis within commercial aircraft development programs.
In-depth knowledge of composite and metallic structures, fatigue and damage tolerance methodologies, and material behaviour.
Proficient in industry-standard tools: NASTRAN, Patran, FEMAP, Hyper Mesh, Abaqus, or equivalent.
Strong background in FAR/CS-25 structural requirements and compliance documentation.
Experience preparing and reviewing certification-level reports.
