What are your contributions to the team?

Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy aiming to build and maintain a strong and sustainable engineering organization for all Bombardier sites Gather and analyze data, including benchmark and draw conclusion and generate strategic recommendations to support the organization's objectives Develop the engineering content for the C-suite executives and Board of Directors, while ensuring the readiness of the Engineering leaders to attend those reviews Plan and manage the execution of strategic projects Lead and Influence (leadership) stakeholders, aligning them towards a common objective. ###

How to thrive in this role?

You hold a University degree preferably in a Business or an analytical field such as Engineering, an MBA or other professional designation (an asset) You have a minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of professional experience in a strategic environment within a manufacturing industry, knowledge of the aerospace industry (an asset) You have experience managing strategic projects, while having the ability to synthesise complex information and communicate to senior leadership; You have strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to details; You can exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters; You are familiar with the tools of the Office 365 environment, and advanced in PowerPoint for executive presentation.
