You will drive value through data analysis, insights, reporting, and the program management of core P&C annual initiatives. Your ability to creatively tell stories through data will empower leaders and P&C team members to prioritize and execute key work initiatives. Your passion for organization and productivity will be a critical enabler of your success in this role.Please note that this is a temporary opportunity estimated to end mid January 2026.Accountabilities

  • \xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bStrategic Analysis and Insights: Identify opportunities through data analysis and discussions with executive leadership. Provide recommendations and develop these into actionable plans aligned with our Operating and People Plans.
  • Support P&C Initiatives: Create program roadmaps for the annual P&C calendar of activities and tailored People Plans for various business areas within the organization.
  • Data Analysis and Engagement: Collect and analyze data from surveys, team member records, industry benchmarks, and internal data sources. Engage in high-level discussions with executive leadership to identify opportunities and offer strategic recommendations.
  • Trend Monitoring: Proactively monitor internal and external environmental trends, ensuring our strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations on behalf of the Consulting team, summarizing findings and recommending actions. Provide monthly reports and presentations related to P&C metrics.
  • Project Involvement: Develop and implement programs and initiatives based on analysis and recommendations. Represent the Consulting team and act as a decision-maker on project teams, ensuring the advancement of priority work efforts.
  • Project Support: Maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, KPIs, documentation, and other metrics. Ensure timely delivery of reports and proactively communicate any barriers.
Skills, experience & requirements
  • Education: A university degree in human resources, business administration, statistics, finance or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in human resources analysis, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Skills:
  • Metrics reporting and visualization capabilities.
  • Understanding of project and stakeholder management practices and processes.
  • Strong personal accountability, curiosity and commitment to producing excellent results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective prioritization skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision under deadline pressure while managing multiple assignments in a matrix environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides is required.
