About the role.
Reporting to the Director, Global Rewards, the Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst plays a key role in enabling enterprise growth through data-driven workforce insights and forward-looking people strategies. This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of McCain's global workforce planning approach, ensuring alignment between business strategy, talent demand, and organizational capability needs.
The incumbent will contribute analytical expertise and strategic insight to assess current and future workforce requirements, identify risks and opportunities related to capacity, capability, and cost, and support scenario planning across the enterprise. Working in close partnership with HR, Finance, and business leaders, the role will help translate growth and transformation priorities into actionable workforce plans, standardized tools, and scalable planning processes. The Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst will support consistency across regions while enabling flexibility to meet local market needs, ultimately driving operational efficiency, organizational health, and long-term value creation across functions and geographies.
