Reports to: CEO

Job Summary:

Establishing and nurturing highly profitable partnerships with new corporate customers across Canada and the United States through the utilization of our patented 3D App. The primary focus involves implementing innovative strategies, anticipating market trends, and providing insights to shape our product development and competitive positioning. The role also includes spearheading strategic partnerships to drive unprecedented growth for our company. All decisions should be made with the following guidelines:

Strategic Sales and Business Development:

Prospect for potential new corporate customers, actively contributing to the expansion of our client base.

Proactively manage and expand our referral network, actively managing leads from referral sources.

Cultivate relationships with potential corporate clients through direct outreach, showcasing our offerings with a focus on quality and customer needs.

Perform market assessments of competitors and stay informed about new services in the marketplace to refine our business development strategies.

Develop corporate partner collateral, brochures, and events to support new business development efforts.

Corporate Account Management:

Develop a strategic sales plan for corporate accounts, ensuring a comprehensive approach to account growth.

Educate corporate partners about Stitch It services, enhancing their understanding and engagement.

Provide support with anything pertaining to the management of corporate accounts, aiming to increase sales.

Leadership and Team Support:

Lead cross-functional teams to support new product launches and strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Regularly travel to engage with partners, teams, and industry stakeholders, staying abreast of market trends and opportunities.

Marketing & Digital Strategy:

Plan and execute marketing initiatives for new products/services, evaluating their effectiveness and exploring innovative customer engagement tactics.

Provide support to the marketing team in the planning and execution of campaigns for new products/services.

Craft a compelling digital content strategy to showcase our 3D Digital Measuring solutions and online presence, driving engagement and customer acquisition.

Enhance our employer brand and foster strategic partnerships with charities, associations, and brands, contributing to our community and social responsibility goals.

Additional Responsibilities and Expectations

Other duties as required and assigned.

Regular travel required.

Qualifications

Proven success in strategic sales roles, with a strong experience in retail, fashion, eCommerce, or technology-related fields, including software sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive skills, coupled with robust analytical capabilities, to effectively engage clients and partners, analyze market trends, and develop strategic sales plans.

Advanced proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a keen understanding of eCommerce strategies, digital marketing, and software solutions. This includes proficiency in Microsoft Suite and digital analytics tools, with the ability to convey complex trends and strategies effectively.

Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand, and present trends both internally and externally, crafting strategies that align with evolving market demands and technological advancements.
