What will your typical day look like?

Strategic Relationship Management

• Establish and build strong relationships with key global and geographic executive leaders and their teams within the Life Sciences and Health Care (LSHC) Industry
• Engage with the global executive leaders on a regular cadence to understand the strategic priorities of the practice to drive understanding of the value proposition of CoRe Knowledge Services as well as to align and deliver knowledge solutions which enable the achievement of LSHC priorities.
• Work with leaders around the world to build and drive a high performing culture of knowledge engagement within LSHC and sharing through the delivery on key initiatives and programs.
• Motivate the global executive leadership groups sponsorship to partner in driving a high performing culture of knowledge engagement, collaboration and sharing.

Industry/Business Proficiency

• Build and maintain an understanding of the key go-to-market priorities and initiatives within the LSHC Industry to enable informed conversations with leaders from around the world
• Actively participate in leadership forums/calls and global summits to maintain connection to the ever- evolving dialogue and focus of the Industry / Sectors Knowledge Activities

About the team

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.

Enough about us, lets talk about you

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with Knowledge Management or related fields
• Executive presence (confidence, written and verbal communications, comfortable working with senior level stakeholders)
• Ability to develop relationships at multiple levels, especially with senior executives
• Depth of understanding of discipline and value of Knowledge Management and its application within professional services organizations
• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity; ability to translate to appropriate action and define solutions. Experience as a change agent in influencing others, especially senior executives.
• Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and/or business-oriented social media tools
• Analytic capability - able to take data/metrics, spot trends and make recommendations
• Bachelors degree required; relevant fields of study may include Business, Management, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism and/or Communications. MBA or advanced degree preferred
