At our Profit Centre, you won't be just a number - you'll be part of a small team that gives you space to learn, ask questions, try new things, and gradually take on more responsibility.

What You'll Do



Our 5-phase development program gives you experience across all areas of the business:

Phase 1 - Warehouse & Logistics



Learn our products and how they move through the business Support shipping, receiving, and inventory Build the foundation for understanding customer needs

Phase 2 - Counter Sales



Work directly with customers Support order entry, pricing, and day-to-day sales activities Learn the front-end operations that keep the business running smoothly

Phase 3 - Inside Sales



Manage orders from start to finish Provide quotes, source materials, coordinate deliveries Build strong communication and customer service skills

Phase 4 - Outside Sales / Account Management



Develop relationships with customers and vendors Learn how to identify opportunities, negotiate, and grow business Get hands-on experience in territory and account management

Phase 5 - Career Path Development



Explore roles that match your strengths and interests Move into a full-time position within sales, operations, purchasing, or management
