Phase 1 \xe2\x80\x93 Warehouse Logistics \xe2\x80\x93Learn the products we sell and how they get from the vendor to the customer and understand the role of sales support.

Phase 2 \xe2\x80\x93 Operations \xe2\x80\x93Get involved in our customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more\xe2\x80\xa6

Phase 3 \xe2\x80\x93Inside Sales/Project Management \xe2\x80\x93 Go from helping customers with various customer service issues to managing large-scale projects.

Phase 4 \xe2\x80\x93Outside Sales/Account Management \xe2\x80\x93 Learn how to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.

Phase 5 \xe2\x80\x93 In this phase, you can take all of your training and determine your ideal career path.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education preferred
• Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
• Work well in and support a team-based environment
• Work well with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with computers and the internet
• Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with clean abstract
