EMCO\xe2\x80\x99s Strategic Development Program teaches new teammates with little-to-no industry experience every aspect of the business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between. Successful graduates of the program have continued their EMCO careers into various positions such as senior account management, technical sales, purchasing, operations and more. Duties and Responsibilities: Phase 1 \xe2\x80\x93 Warehouse Logistics\xe2\x80\x93 Learn the products we sell, how to efficiently warehouse and handle plumbing products, learn how they get from the vendor to the customer and understand all levels of sales support. This phase will consist of learning delivery routes, receiving and putting away stock. Phase 2 \xe2\x80\x93 Consultant (Retail) \xe2\x80\x93 Get involved in our customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and much more. Phase 3 \xe2\x80\x93 Consultant Project Management (B2B) \xe2\x80\x93 Go from helping customers with various product and service issues to managing large-scale projects. Phase 4 \xe2\x80\x93 Account Management \xe2\x80\x93 Learn how to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships. Drive customers to our showroom and develop a world class partner ship with designers, builders, and contractors.
