We will work together to find projects that make the most of your skillset and work toward your development as well as our goals. Depending on your skills, you could:

• Participate in qualitative user research: client and stakeholder interviews, focus groups, usability tests, etc.
• Support a range of ideation sessions and co-creation workshops to engage stakeholders and customers
• Synthesize data from multiple sources, translating research insights into actionable recommendations/design
• Contribute to CX/UX artifacts such as customer journeys, user personas and service blueprints
• Test and validate solutions for refinement via prototypes

Qualifications: What you bring to the table

• You have a spirit of analysis and problem solving
• You have experience with the design thinking methodology
• You have autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
• Be perfectly bilingual (French and English) Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
• Available 35 hours per week from January 6 to April 25, 2025
• Must be returning to school in Summer 2025 or Fall 2025 following your internship
