Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various software tools. This role involves managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities.

Duties



Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative support Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic accounting procedures Provide customer support and respond to inquiries with professional phone etiquette Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings Support office management with clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing files Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency Support Strata Managers with administrative tasks Prepare and distribute council meeting packages, notices, and minutes Coordinate email communications with councils, owners, and vendors Maintain digital filing and records Update strata portals and internal systems Assist with Forms B/F and documentation (training provided) General office administration

Requirements



Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with accurate follow-through Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Organized and disciplined in workflow Able to work independently and follow instructions Knowledge of strata/property management/real estate (asset) Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools

Pay: $18.29-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
