Leading A/V custom integrator of 40+ years needs a highly movitated and organized individual to assist our team to obtain continued success.

Duties

Supervise daily operations . Strong English verbal and written skills Calendar management (scheduling client a calls, installations etc.) Experience with POS systems to create, send and collect invoices. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely inventory replenishment. Handle front desk responsibilities including multi-line phone systems and customer inquiries. Implement organizational strategies for efficient filing and clerical tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting excellent customer service. Maintaining showroom appearance and functionality.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a retail or office environment. Proficiency in Word an Excel. Strong Accounts Receivable and payable background. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
