We are currently looking for:

Storekeeper and Inventory Supervisor









Reporting to the Logistics, Inventory and Facilities Manager, and working closely with the store clerk and shipping supervisor, the Storekeeper ensures the efficient management of daily warehouse operations. As a key link between logistics, production, and procurement, they ensure the availability, organization, and compliance of parts and goods. With five years of experience, they directly contribute to optimizing internal flows, maximizing storage space, and strictly adhering to quality and safety standards.



Main Responsibilities:





Receive, verify, and store goods in compliance with established standards. Prepare, group, and distribute parts and materials required for production and shipments. Handle counter requests (internal/external), label items, and maintain orderly storage. Optimize warehouse space utilization, considering safety, accessibility, and operational efficiency. Perform periodic (cycle and annual) inventories, analyze discrepancies, and recommend corrective or improvement actions. Track supplier orders and collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure stock availability. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment by rigorously applying health and safety standards. Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of storage, handling, and traceability procedures.

Profile:





High school diploma or equivalent training in logistics/warehousing. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management. Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and inventory control practices. Proven ability to optimize storage space and warehouse organization. Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Good physical condition (ability to lift up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing or squatting). Team spirit, clear communication, and positive attitude. Autonomy, reliability, and strong punctuality. Bilingualism French/English (oral and written) to be able to communicate with all colleagues present on site. Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office, Excel, ERP systems). * Knowledge of electronic and mechanical parts handling (asset).
