Storefront Associate
Job Summary
The Storefront Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining the appearance of the storefront, handling transactions, and supporting daily store operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer questions and help customers locate products
Operate the cash register accurately (sales, returns, exchanges)
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked storefront
Restock shelves and rotate merchandise as needed
Ensure pricing and product displays are accurate and presentable
Follow store policies, safety procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines
Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled
Support other team members during busy periods
Qualifications
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Schedule
Available to work weekdays and/or weekends
Wage: Dependant on experience
