Reporting to the Store Manager, as the

Store Team Leader

, you will take full responsibility for the store during assigned shifts, leading the team to meet and exceed sales goals and productivity standards. You'll provide ongoing coaching on the sales floor and support the development of a high-performing team. Your leadership will help create a welcoming, customer-first environment and ensure operational excellence at all times.

Key Responsibilities:



Support daily store operations, including achieving sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience, store opening and closing procedures. Provide strong on-the-floor leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Deliver outstanding customer service by following our customer service program Drive customer loyalty by promoting and enrolling customers in our loyalty program. Coach, support, and provide feedback to sales associates to help them meet productivity goals and improve performance. Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product preparation, displays, and in-store layouts. Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately. Ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and the store team, following all loss prevention procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers. Follow all company policies, procedures, and initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success.

Experience & Qualifications:



Minimum 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent customer service and selling skills Solid understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising and loss prevention Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store * Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
