Career Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and experienced Retail Manager for our Summerside location. As a Team Leader, you will support and guide Store Associates, and manage the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, a team-oriented mindset, and is highly organized with a focus on exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of store operations to protect resources and maximize sales results
Manage employee performance including providing feedback, coaching, mentoring, and ensuring accountability to all employees
Support the store?s recruiting and hiring processes, such as interviewing, offering positions, onboarding, and training
Follow established merchandising practices
Create and foster a respectful and supportive environment for employees and clients
Inspire your employees to make each client?s visit a delightful and memorable customer service experience
Proactively seek and support ongoing learning and development opportunities for yourself and employees
Ensure all Health and Safety protocols are followed
Demonstrate our company culture and values
All other duties as required
Qualifications & Core Competencies
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Post-secondary education with a focus in Leadership, Business Administration, or other related field is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of customer service and retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and loss prevention
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated professionalism with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Solid work ethic and ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
Desire to continuously learn, develop and educate team members to reach departmental goals
Ability to motivate and positively influence others
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
Hair, Esthetic, or other industry license is a plus
Additional Location: 478 Granville St, Summerside, PE C1N 4K6.
Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week), Permanent.
Schedule/Store Hours: Must be available to work weekdays & weekends as needed.

Compensation: We offer a fair and equitable salary determination process that considers your skills, knowledge, experience, and internal equity. You can trust that we will provide you with a competitive salary offer. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses through our monthly and quarterly incentive programs, as well as a $250 bonus upon successful completion of your probation period.
