Responsibilities

As a Key Holder, you'll support the store's leadership team in delivering a best-in-class experience on the floor. You will take ownership during opening/closing shifts, serve as a point person for clients and colleagues, and help maintain the integrity, energy, and service standards of our boutique.


Acting as a floor leader when management is off the floor--ensuring operational flow, client engagement, and service continuity Creating elevated and personalized shopping experiences that reflect our modern luxury standard Supporting and coaching associates to meet sales goals and deliver meaningful customer connections Executing opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store readiness Maintaining visual merchandising standards, inventory organization, and back-of-house processes Embodying the Modern Ambition values--sustainability, excellence, and inclusivity--in every interaction

Qualifications

1-2 years of retail experience, ideally in a premium, lifestyle, or boutique setting A strong communicator with a calm, confident presence on the floor Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy with opening/closing responsibilities Naturally client-focused, with a passion for fashion, storytelling, and building relationships Detail-oriented and collaborative--ready to support team goals and retail excellence Aligned with Modern Ambition's mission as a Certified B Corporation committed to responsible business and timeless design
