Store Supervisor

to help lead our team.

What You'll Be Doing (Store Supervisor Role)



As a

Store Supervisor

, you'll be the operational backbone of the store, balancing guest experience, team leadership, and day-to-day business performance:

Strategic & Operational Leadership

Support all areas of store operations, jumping in where needed (Guest Experience Guides, Leads, or Assistant Manager). Drive store profitability through local marketing ideas, upselling (gift cards, group events, food & beverage), and careful labour management. Track sales and KPI performance, celebrate wins, and coach the team to achieve consistent results.

Deliver an Incredible Guest Experience

Lead by example in building a guest-centric culture. Step in to resolve guest escalations and ensure experiences start and finish on time. Encourage repeat visits and build long-term community relationships.

Operations & Financial Management

Keep up with reports, checklists, and audits to ensure store standards are met. Maintain premium store presentation by overseeing cleanliness, order, and equipment care. Manage scheduling, breaks, and labour costs in line with bookings and walk-ins. Communicate clearly with the District Leader and head office on performance and support needs.

Technical Support & Training

Ensure equipment and "holodeck" areas meet company schematics and standards. Conduct hardware/software checks and liaise with tech support when needed. Lead staff through new software updates and experience launches.

People Leadership

Interview, hire, and onboard new team members. Coach Guest Experience Guides and Leads, providing in-the-moment feedback and growth opportunities. Motivate the team daily, set clear shift goals, and keep morale high. Delegate effectively, creating accountability and preparing team members for promotion.

What We're Looking For



Leadership Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in retail, hospitality, or entertainment operations at a supervisory/management level.

Guest Focused:

Passion for delivering unforgettable customer service.

Business Management Skills:

Comfortable with "retail math," sales KPIs, and reading profit & loss basics.

Problem Solver:

Adaptable, hands-on, and quick to troubleshoot.

Team Player:

Egoless and collaborative, thriving in a win-together environment.

Physically Active:

Able to stand for long periods, walk stairs, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. Comfortable with basic tools for light equipment adjustments.

Availability:

Evening and weekend availability is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
